Friday On My Mind #29 - Guatemala + A Pink Fridge + Electric Birds + more!

In rained last night! Which makes me so happy..... and today I have woken up to a fresh, damp, misty morning which is, in my opinion, the perfect weather for creating! Here's some of my favourite finds of the week to inspire your own creativity! Enjoy!

I am absolutely loving the work of illustrator and literature lover Evan Robertson who runs Obvious State. And as today is International Women's Day, I thought this one is the best one to show you! Check out more on his Etsy store....

This series of photos by Cedric Le Borgne is so beautiful - see them all here...

Love this print by Annie from Print Design Studio in London.

I think this drawing of tree rings by Peter Hong is pretty amazing!

Would you like this kitchen? I think it would make me one very happy girl!!

Lately I am feeling so drawn to Guatemala! Have you been there? Did you love it?? This little country has just skyrocketed to the top of my want-to-go-right-now list! Above photo of Antigua is by David Wilson and the gorgeous Quetzal, Guatemala's iconic bird, is by mysteryman via Pinterest!

What's your plans for weekend? Going to Guatemala? Or maybe running away chasing dreams in an orange camper?

  1. My brother spent 4 months living in Guatemala building houses for Habitat for Humanity. He loved it and it was over 10 years ago and he still talks about it with such love. He left his heart there I think.

My weekend plans? I have to go to Ikea with my husband. I'm hoping for the best. We've put this off far to long.

  3. NICE! I really like the pink fridge and that bird is so cute. I haven't been to South America. It's on my list of places to visit but I rather head over to Australia before I do that. I'm hoping to do a European trip soon.
