My Fabulous January Sponsors!

I am so excited about my blog for 2013! Big plans are afoot as I am writing and drawing and planning away here at the Red Parka studio and a big part of why I love my blog so much is my wonderful sponsors!

This month (and next) is a special one because I am donating my sponsorship fees to our local bushfire relief. For those who don't know, Tasmania had really bad bushfires recently with hundreds of homes lost, including those of a few members of my local creative community, as well as shops, businesses, schools, livestock and more. I wrote about it here in case you missed it.

I'll be doing the same until the end of February so if you're interested in being a sponsor, getting some exposure for your creative business or blog while helping out the Tassie Bushfire Appeal, then head over the sponsor page and book yourself in!

So thank you to my sponsors for helping me help those in my community who were not so lucky. I appreciate it sooooo much!

Now it's your turn.... go show some love to these lovely ladies and check out their beautiful, inspiring and creative businesses and blogs!

Each Monsoons & Mangoes item is one of a kind. My inspired use of vintage, upcycled or new fabric and variety of textile items creates mystery, beauty and a unique Monsoons & Mangoes style that evokes another time and place. Lovingly handmade in my sunny Hobart studio,  Monsoons & Mangoes is inspired clothing and homewares for the playful, curious soul.

In Rulitos you will find whimsical silver creatures, bold neck pieces, quirky cufflinks and many other goodies to get tangled in. Rulitos was born out of watching mum make pretty things for her literal rulitos (spanish for little curls) and playing with dad’s mechanic tools. The result is a mixture of edgy and pretty jewellery in sterling silver, leather and hardware.

Hello! My name is Jessie.  I blog about my love for interior design, the environment, being vegan and my life in general.  I love to thrift, ride my bike and take lots of pictures.  I hope you will stop by and say hello.

Nanna Woo loves to make dainty earrings, pendants and brooches by casting her own molds from vintage buttons and treasures, makes stitched cards on recycled paper and makes natural fibre wearable art. She is working towards building a fully sustainable and earth friendly business.

And finally, I am excited to share a special offer to you all from Emily at Good Things. Until the end of March you can get 10% off from her lovely Etsy shop using the code REDPARKA2013. Yay!

Don't forget I'll be donating sponsor fees to the bushfire appeal til the end of February, so if you've been thinking about sponsoring, now is a brilliant time to try it out! Get all the details and stats here!

Thanks lovely people for being part of this little community - you all mean the world to me! Jen x
