It's Christmas Eve! Amazing how the year is almost at an end already. It seems to have flown by but I do love the end of the year because it's filled with so many possibilities for the coming one!
I know 1st January is just another day, but somehow it feels like a fresh start, a clean slate, that crisp white page at the start of a new sketch book that I love so much!
I've decided to take the next week off from my blog for a little bit of much needed recharging of the batteries. My family arrived yesterday so we'll be doing some fun family things over the next few days, then Wade and I are going out to the Falls Festival to bring in the New Year with some good friends and good music! We'll be home on the 1st January (2013!!!!) and I'll be back on the blog then with lots of exciting things to share with you all! In the meantime, I'll be around on Instagram (@redparka) over the festive season so hopefully I'll see some of you celebrating there as well!
