Illustration Crush - Pescerosso


Today I am enjoying the playful work of Laura Di Francesco. Originally from Rome, Italy, Laura currently lives and works in Sweden.


Laura works as an illustrator and graphic designer and Pescerosso is her personal project of spontaneous art for children where her goal is to give "a whimsical vision of wildlife's sensitive colours and precious details".


I think her work is really sweet, full of tiny details and gentle imagery with such subtle and effective use of colour. As someone who struggles to not make everything bright red, this is something I really appreciate!

    This series hasn't failed so far to add a fun little moment of whimsy into my day!
