Do you ever feel like this? How do you overcome this feeling?
I’m a fairly drastic person by nature and these thoughts have been brewing for a while so I’ve decided enough is enough. I’m going to spend this weekend planning my own personal revolution. Then on Monday morning, I begin the revolt!
I know that changing habits is hard work, and so I’m going to tackle everything I want to change in my life one by one, week by week. I don’t want to risk failing by overwhelming myself, so baby steps it is.
Do you want to join me? Each monday, starting on 16th July, I’m going to post about my revolutionary action for the week. Some of them will be tiny, others not so. But over the coming weeks I intend to work on getting happy, improving my health, rediscovering my lost inner peace and increasing my productivity. I’d love to hear from you if you want to join in!
